Regulations
All guests living in the apartment are required to comply with the following terms and conditions:
§1
The day in the apartment runs from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. From 14:00 of the first stay of the day
guests until

The request for an extension of the stay beyond the period indicated in advance, the guest should
report to the service until 9:00 a.m. when the date of renting the room expires. Service provider

The room on the day of departure is carried out in a fixed manner with the property service.

The guest cannot transfer the room to others, even if the period for which he paid the fee
due. Visitors, not registered at the property, may be allowed to stay in the apartment from 7:00 to
22:00 after an earlier notification to the service of the facility.
§5
The service provider provides services according to its category and standard. In the case of
objections to his or her services, you are asked to report them without delay to the service of the
object, which will allow you to respond and resolve the problem. The Service Provider reserves the
right to change the apartment to another of a similar or higher standard.
§6
Drinks are payable according to the price list in the apartment.
§7
The guest is obliged to comply with the principles of good neighborliness, including observe the night
silence from 22:00 to 6:00. Please note that the property has a total smoking ban. The service
provider may refuse to provide further services person or persons who violate seize sit or other rules
or charge. The guest will be fined PLN 200.
§8
The guest is fully liable and legally responsible for all types of damage, destruction or theft of the
objects and equipment of the facility, caused by his fault or his visitors. Please take care of the rented
apartment: especially about turning off unused lighting, turning water, closing windows, gas
tightening.
§9
The Service Provider is not responsible for the loss or damage of the goods brought to the facility by
persons using its services to the extent specified in Article 10( 1) (a) and (b) of Directive 91/414/EEC;
846-849 of the Civil Code.
§10
Each time the guest leaves the room, he should check the door closure. The loss of the key will be
charged in the amount of 200 PLN.
§11
In the event of a shortening or cancellation of the rental period, the fee for the unused period
will be agreed on a case-by-case basis.
§12
The property service reserves the right to enter to the apartment at any time without giving prior
information to the guests about this fact.
§13
Personal data may be processed only for the purpose of carrying out the reservation, facilitating the
service and for marketing purposes in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 29.08.1997 on
protection of personal data. The Booker has the right to access his or her personal data and their
updating.

Guest
- Guests will be liable for any damage or damage caused to their property property of any other

supplementary damages on the general principles of the Civil Code, in the event of damage in the
amount of exceeding the amount of the contractual penalty reserved and the value of other
damages, can not be measured at the time of their liquidation.
